General Description 
 
The PN6367 consists of a Zero Standby-Power mode Quasi-Resonant (QR) Primary-Side controller and a 720V avalanche-rugged smart power VDMOSFET, specifically designed for a high performance intelligent circuit breaker with minimal external components.PN6367 operates in primary-side sensing and regulation, so opto-coupler and TL431 could be eliminated. Because of zero standby mode, phase current of the system with PN6367 can lower than 0.1mA. In CV mode, the output voltage setting can be adjusted externally by the resistors at FB pin. In CC mode, the current and output power setting can be adjusted externally by the sense resistor at CS pin. PN6367 offers complete protections including Cycle-by-Cycle current limiting protection (OCP), over voltage protection (OVP), over temperature protection (OTP) and CS open or short protection (CSO/SP) etc.
