* General Description
Pn8366 integrates ultra-low standby power quasi resonant primary side controller and high avalanche intelligent power MOSFET (pn8366lm700v, pn8366h800v), which is used for charger, adapter and built-in power supply with high performance and simple peripheral components.
PN8366 is the primary side feedback mode, and optocoupler and TL431 can be omitted. Built in high voltage start circuit can realize chip no-load loss (230VAC) less than 3MW. In constant voltage mode, quasi resonant and multi-mode technologies are used to improve efficiency and eliminate audio noise, so that the system can meet the level 6 energy efficiency standard, and the adjustable output line compensation function can make the system obtain better load adjustment rate; in constant current mode, the output current and power can be adjusted through the resistance of CS pin.
The chip provides a very comprehensive intelligent protection function, including cycle by cycle over-current protection, over-voltage protection, open-loop protection, over temperature protection, output short-circuit protection and CS open / short-circuit protection
