1 General Description
PN8145T is internally integrated with PWM controllers and power MOSFET, dedicated to high performance and peripheral components with streamlined AC / DC switching power supplies. this Chip provides extremely comprehensive and excellent performance of intelligent protection functions, including periodic overcurrent protection (external adjustable), overload protection, over-voltage protection, CS short Road protection, soft start function. Through Hi-mode, Eco-mode, Burst-mode three pulse power regulation mode mixing technology and special device low power structure The technology achieves ultra-low standby power consumption and the best efficiency under full voltage range.
