General Description
The PN8011 is a integrated PFM controller and MOSFET with 800V high avalanche capacity and intelligent power, used for peripheral components and parts presice and small power non-isolated SMPS, and the output voltage can be adjusted by FB resistance.
The PN8011 with 800V high voltage start and self-charging mode, can achieve system's fast start, low stand-by, and self-charging functions. The chip provides whole intelligent protection functions including over load protection, under voltage protection and over temperature protection. The reduced frequency modulation technology of PN8011 is helpful for improving the EMI features.
