The AP2007 is a high current , high efficiency Synchronous .Boost Convertor with power Mosfets embedded and with -output turn off true shutdown function for single cell Li-lonesand Li-polymer battery powered products .
The AP2007 only consumes a 7OUA ( typ ) quiescent current at no loadand operates in power save PFM mode under light load ,which makeit very suitable for Always-on applications . Itetes in a 500-KHZ fixed-frequency PWM mode at 500 -undermedium to heavy load conditions .
It features a -current mode control for fast transient response witheinternal compensation . The AP2007 includes cycle-bycycle current limit and over-temperature protection circuit .With the AP2007 , a simple and flexible system design canebe achieved , eliminating extra components , saving PCBspace , and reducing BOM cost . The Ap2007is suitable for ipad-like computers , smart phones and portable handheld -devicesTthe AP2007 is availlableSOP8-EP package . The .operating temperature range is from-45 C to + 85 C .
