* General Description
PN8145T is internally integrated with PWM controllers and power MOSFET, dedicated to high performance and peripheral components with streamlined AC / DC switching power supplies.
This Chip provides extremely comprehensive and excellent performance of intelligent protection functions, including periodic overcurrent protection (external adjustable), overload protection, over-voltage protection, CS short Road protection, soft start function. Through Hi-mode, Eco-mode, Burst-mode three pulse power regulation mode mixing technology and special device low power structure The technology achieves ultra-low standby power consumption and the best efficiency under full voltage range.
The good EMI performance is fully guaranteed by frequency modulation technology and Soft Driver technology. The chip is also equipped with intelligent high voltage boot module.
