General description
PN8192C consists of an integrated Pulse-Width-Modulate controller and 730V avalanche-rugged smart power MOSFETs. It is specifically designed for a high performance, low stand-by power AC-DC converter with minimal external components.
PN8192C integrates a 730V HV start-up and self-supply circuit to ensure the system can start-up fast. PN8192C offers completed and excellent protections including: Over Current Protection, Over Load Protection, and Over Temperature Protection.
